Refund policy

We want you to be ecstatic, but if you're not, returns are happily accepted! The only exceptions are items on sale or custom orders.

Please email us at mommanithreads@gmail.com.  Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Item/s must be returned in pristine condition. No stains, tears or wear.

Upon receipt of returned item, full cost of item will be refunded, applying a credit to your original method of payment. You will receive notice that we've followed through.

If your purchase shipped free, your refund will reflect a deduction for our cost to ship to you.
